CHURCH  &  MINISTRY

Your Church Has People Who Are Hurting and Nowhere to Put Them.

Most pastors are doing their best with training they never received for problems that need more than a Sunday conversation. Doug partners with churches to fill that gap  not to replace pastoral care, but to extend it professionally and consistently.

FRACTIONAL CARE MINISTRY PARTNER

Most churches  especially small and mid-size congregations  don't have a dedicated care ministry staff member. That means the lead pastor absorbs it all: the 2am calls, the marriages in crisis, the teen nobody knows how to reach. That's not sustainable, and it's not what your pastor was called to carry alone.

Doug works with churches as a Fractional Care Ministry Partner an ongoing, professional counseling presence embedded into your ministry on a retainer basis. This isn't a one-time workshop or a referral handoff. It's a real partnership built around your church's people and culture.

What This Looks Like:

  • Designated hours per month for congregant appointments (in-person or virtual)
  • Regular consultation with pastoral leadership on care needs
  • Crisis triage — helping your team know when to refer and where
  • Available as a trusted, consistent resource your congregation can be pointed to by name
  • Collaboration on building out a sustainable care ministry structure over time

Doug is not ordained clergy  he is a Florida Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern. This partnership is designed to complement your pastoral team's spiritual care, not replace it.

This is a custom engagement. Scope, hours, and investment are built around your church's size and needs. The best place to start is a conversation.
